This is just a couple blocks from our MTV apartment, and each spring the sidewalk has looked similar.
More petals are promised! This has got to be one of my favorite houses in Heidelberg, just for this tree.

Came upon this women reading Fellini to her pup. The lab didn't like having his picture taken. (This photo and all photos on this walk were taken with my pocket LX-3. No long tele for secretive photos from afar.)
Like the pattern of the bark, and mixture of colors against the green/brown leaves.
